This was a unique blend, shrimp and potatoes, baked together with garlic, butter and olive oil whats not to love. A perfect side dish, appetizer or even a light meal. Dip your shrimp into all those flavored juices, serve with a green salad and crusty bread.

In a small frying pan saute butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper for a minute or two. Pour over dish and add 1 tablespoon of water, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, broil for 2 more minutes.
I agree, served with a green salad, or even something as simple as some sliced tomatoes alongside and you have yourself a perfect meal. I love your elegant presentation as well, Chef.
This sounds quite yummy though not for the cholesterol shy. I could totally see serving this at a dinner party on a cold San Francisco night. Perhaps with a loaf of Tartine country bread to dip into the incredible sauce.
My wife loves shrimp in almost any form but this looks fantastic. I will have to suprise her this week by cooking this. Thanks Steve
